We're Here For You

Whether you have questions about Sunday Worship Services or what's life like as a church family beyond Sundays... we hope this page is helpful for you!

What To Expect On Sunday Mornings

Worship Services

Our Worship Services are at 8:45am and 10:30am on Sunday mornings. You can expect about an hour to an hour and 15 minute service. We value worshipping God every Sunday! Our community worships by singing and taking occasional opportunities to pray. There are greeters and ushers in blue shirts ready to help you every Sunday, don’t be afraid to say hi they’d love to meet you!

Parking

We have one parking lot behind the playground/ basketball court and one parking lot behind our Ministry Center Office/across from the playground. You are also free to use Draper St. and the Memorial Park for parking.

Nursery-8th Check-In

Nursery-3rd grade check-in at the Kid’s Check-in Room and 4th-8th grade check-in at the Youth Room. Both of these rooms are on Draper St. at 1733 Draper St. As you go toward the red brick Worship Center, you’ll see signs to direct you!

Nursery-3rd graders must have a name tag to check-in and parents will receive a guardian name tag to show the teacher for pick-up. If you’re new to First Baptist, you’ll be asked to sign a registration card so we have your child’s age, birthday, and important contact information. You will be asked to fill out a name tag so we can know your child’s name and have your contact information in case it’s needed.

The rooms for nursery-PreK are downstairs and K-3rd are upstairs.

4th-8th graders meet in the Youth Room, which is on the corner of Draper and Washington St.. First-time students will also fill out an emergency and registration card and then they’re all set! Pick up the kids in the same room after service, you can pick them up through the hallway entrance by the Green if you’d like.

Dress Attire

Our church body ranges in church attire! Some people feel most comfortable in something casual like jeans, a t-shirt and tennis shoes while others love to wear a button-up or a dress. Don’t feel pressure to look a certain way, we’re excited to see you no matter what!

Multi-Generational Church

We love that we have a multi-generational community at First Baptist! We have every age with varying lengths of time that they have joined us. Whether you’re new or have visited before, a seat is waiting for you.

Wheelchair Accessibility

We have an elevator on the left-side of the Worship Center when needed. Please ask a greeter in front of the Worship Center for guidance!

Cry Room

We have a Cry Room in the Worship Center to the very right past the bathrooms. You will be able to see and hear the message while having the comfort you need for your kiddos.

Scotty's Place Coffee Shop

We’d love for you to enjoy a coffee or drink at our Coffee Shop before, between, or after service. Scotty’s Place is across from the playground.
